Here’s what you need to know!
SPACE: Our equipment takes up a lot of space. Our setup can be flexible, but we need about 40 linear feet of space, with a minimum depth of about 5 feet. We can be in a straight line, V, or split. If we haven’t been to your venue before, someone from our group may contact you about viewing the space before we commit just to make sure it will work.
TIME: We need about 2 hours before the concert and 1 hour after the concert for setup and break-down. Concerts are usually about one hour and fifteen minutes.
MONEY: To receive a quote, please complete the contact form. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and volunteer ensemble, you can be assured that all the fee will go solely toward advancing professional handbell music!
